Terms of Service

ZuberGold (operating at ZuberGold.com and ZuberGoldBuyers.com) is a marketplace platform that connects individuals selling gold, silver, jewelry, coins, and antiques with licensed dealers. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

• You must be 18 years or older to use this platform.
• Dealers must be licensed and approved by our team before accessing seller leads.
• You must provide accurate information. False information may result in account termination.

• All items must be legal to sell in your jurisdiction.
• Prohibited items include: firearms, ammunition, illegal drugs, pornography, tobacco/vaping products, live animals, and counterfeit goods.
• You must own the item or have legal authority to sell it.
• Providing a photo ID is required for listing approval.
• Listing on ZuberGold is free for sellers.

• Dealers must provide a valid business license and EIN during registration.
• Dealer accounts require manual admin approval before activation.
• A $25 lead fee is charged per seller connection. This fee is non-refundable.
• Dealers must treat sellers professionally and fairly.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. The lead fee ($25 per connection) is charged when a dealer unlocks a seller's contact information. ZuberGold takes no commission on the actual sale — that is between the seller and dealer directly.

The following are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Firearms, weapons, and ammunition
• Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Adult/pornographic content
• Tobacco and vaping products
• Live animals or endangered species products
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Any item illegal under federal, state, or local law

ZuberGold is a lead generation platform only. We do not guarantee the completion of any transaction, the accuracy of item valuations, or the conduct of any buyer or seller. All transactions are at your own risk.
